Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing NutralisLabs! We want to make sure you know exactly what to expect when placing an order with us. Below you'll find details about our order processing, shipping times, and delivery procedures.

Order Processing

We aim to prepare and process all orders on the same day or within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package's journey.

Our daily order cut-off time is 14:00 (GMT+8). Orders submitted after this time will be processed the following day.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, delivery generally takes 6–10 days, depending on your destination and the efficiency of local delivery services.

Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times. Although most orders arrive within this timeframe, certain shipments may take longer, with delivery occasionally extending to 20 days.

Shipping Origin

All NutralisLabs orders are dispatched directly from our suppliers located in China.

Order Tracking

After your package leaves our supplier's facility, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may not become available immediately after dispatch, so please allow some time for the shipping carrier to update its system.

Shipping Delays

We work to ensure that every order reaches its destination within the expected delivery window. However, circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, shipping carrier disruptions, and increased seasonal demand, may occasionally cause delays.
